Mighty Cypress is a truly collaborative dream team of like-minded, passionate music fans. We’re working hard with artists we love, and on projects that inspire us to wake up reasonably early in the morning. We rent a lively room with some desks in a 2nd balcony office at the historic Burton Cummings Theatre, located in the longitudinal middle of Canada - Winnipeg. We love it here, and the music community we’re surrounded by is incomparable.
We have a few things on the go. Our roots are in full-service Artist Management, and we proudly champion a diverse collection of talent: Begonia, The Bros. Landreth, Field Guide, Joey Landreth, Living Hour, Mariel Buckley, Mouraine, and Royal Canoe. Mighty Cypress also curates lineups for music festivals of all sizes and genres, because we enjoy introducing audiences to their new favourite artist. In April 2019, a sister company named Birthday Cake was born. Birthday Cake is a Record Label and Music Publisher that is strategically partnered with two pioneering music companies that help us make it happen: The Orchard (label) and Warner Chappell (publishing).
